(6/7/10) Dear Air Rite Service-
For many years now, Dave has come to both my house and my parent's house for furnace and air conditioner maintenance. It puts your mind at ease to know that all the employees of Air Rite that I have dealt with are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. It is a pleasant experience dealing with Air Rite, Sue is very accommodating with scheduling double appointments, Dave and Eric are excellent technicians, and Paul was helpful in installing our new furnace and air conditioner, and the new furnace for my parent's home. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for heating and cooling.

I have a relatively new home and generally do not pay much attention to the newer mechanicals. That being said, whenever I have a problem Air Rite is always incredibly responsive. Always good to know that great timely service is only a phone call away. As always, thanks for your immediate responses and repairmen that clean up after themselves so we don't have to!!

(1/19/10) Dear Air Rite Service-
I had a humidifier added to my heating system several years ago (by another company), but it never seemed to work quite right. I had at least 2 or 3 service calls (by other companies) which never solved the problem. They replaced the solenoid valve, an I replaced it a couple of times, but it never worked consistently.
Your Air Rite Service technician came out to see what the problem was. He was very thorough and inspected a variety of possible problems. Also he asked me questions and gave me information about what to expect from a humidifier, and what normal humidity is. I was very encouraged when he said that the humidistat appeared to be working erratically. That agreed with my perception that it worked intermittently. He replaced it and that solved the problem.
I am very pleased that, at last, after all these years and service calls that did nothing, I finally found someone who cared enough to get to the bottom of the problem.

Safety, professionalism and attention to detail are the three criteria we require of any vendor, and Air Rite rates an "excellent" on all three. Their technicians are very trustworthy, professional and courteous and they clean the work area when finished.

Now, we have have a Weil-McClain boiler which was put in by your company and is serviced by your representatives in a timely and businesslike manner. I can always count on Air Rite to give me an honest opinion about my furnace or air conditioner, especially when it comes to the question of "repair or replace." I have first-hand experiences in both aspects of their business (maintaining/servicing my existing equipment, and installing new equipment), and utilize Air Rite for my home and workplace needs. In some cases, the price may not be the lowest, but this is more than compensated by their workmanship and attention to detail, which I'm sure is saving me money in the long run, not to mention the peace-of-mind it gives me to know that the job will be done right.

I have been calling Air Rite for many years for my spring and fall air conditioner and furnace check-ups and have always been totally satisfied with the polite, efficient and professional way whomever does the check has been. I am given information on the state of the items checked and any questions I have are easily and quickly answered. I always feel good knowing that before I use the air conditioner or furnace each season they are in good working order and I rarely have any problem with them after the check.

Air Rite Service is great. I'm a 89 year old widow. Every year, Air Rite Service sends a serviceman out in the spring and in the fall to check the air conditioner and the furnace. They have been doing this for 40 years or more. You won't find a better service anywhere. They are always there when I need them.

When I moved into my house in Mayfield Heights in 1971, there was an Air Rite tag on the furnace. When the furnace needed service, I called Air Rite and have been dealing with your company every since. || I have always been very impressed with the work your technicians have done as well as the manner in which they do it. I have never had a problem with any of your services. The technicians are on time, are trustworthy, are professional, and are very friendly. When they leave, everything works and the area is clean. || At times, they have gone beyond my expectations. For example, one year, I had a problem with mice in the basement after some work had been done with an outside air conditioner. Your technician checked the area and found it had been properly sealed; it was impossible for mice to enter there. However, he checked the rest of the exterior, found the spot where they were getting in, and sealed it. End of problem.
