This past week I have had the pleasure of using the services of Eric as he changed the boiler at my house. From his first diagnosis, the ordering of a new boiler, the installation and the cleanup, Eric was on top of the job all the way. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and capable. I had to leave my house several times when he was here and I felt very comfortable doing so.
Eric had his helper, Tim. It was obvious that Tim was learning much from Eric and seemed to be a willing and able helper.
You should be proud to have such good representatives for your company.

In a day that the trades have forgotten customer service, Air Rite seems to be the exception. From the initial call answered at your shop to the work performed by Kyle the technician, Air Rite performed. Kyle explained in detail what needed to be fixed and showed us the parts to make sure we understood. (8/25/15) Dear Air Rite-
Thank you for sending out Ron to fix my air conditioner. We placed the call in the morning, Ron came out just a couple hours later, and repaired the problem. The reason for the problem was deferred maintenance; we always took for granted that just "changing the filter" would be enough even though I knew you'd be there if it broke. Ron suggested we get back on routine maintenance, and described your annual service package (Preferred Customer Package). I know we'll be signing up for that in the Fall!

As you know, my a/c stopped working last week. I called and Tim came out and fixed a problem with the outside unit. He did a nice job keeping the cost down. Well, a gremlin surfaced in the thermostat and Kyle replaced mine with a very nice model. He explained the differences in what you offered and helped me make an informed decsion. I know when my a/c needs to be replaced that Air Rite will be doing it.

I'm writing to express my extreme satisfaction with the work performed by Air Rite. As you know, your crew recently installed two new furnaces in my home. They showed up on time, worked diligently, finished quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They also consulted and gave honest advice on which furnaces I should buy and did not try to "up sell" me. Upon completion, they checked in with me to report everything was working properly including the air conditioners and humidifiers. The new furnaces are actually quite handsome and look professionally installed (never thought I'd say that about some furnaces).
During my whole home renovation I've had the pleasure and displeasure of having all types of contractors doing all kinds of work. I wish they were all as professional as your Air Rite crew. Overall I rate the Air Rite crew at the very top of all the contractors I've used.
