AIR RITE’S CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 POLICY

Air Rite understands the concerns of the customers in these unusual and trying times. We want our customers to feel safe and comfortable when we service their equipment.

We will do our best to follow CDC and Ohio Guidelines as they evolve.

Our service technicians will strive to wear gloves, shoes covers (in your home), masks and maintain social distancing when servicing the equipment. They will also wipe down the area where they have worked with disinfectant wipes.

In particular:
  • 1) Our goal is to minimize contact or make contactless service calls
  • 2) Our vehicle’s interiors are wiped down daily with disinfecting wipes
  • 3) Our office is wiped down multiple times per day with disinfecting wipes and sprays
  • 4) Our employees are asked to stay home if they are under the weather or are showing any signs of illness
  • Further, we ask that if you or anyone in your house is ill to advise the office and also the service technician in advance so we/he can make informed decisions on protecting himself.

    We are all in this together and together we can help stop the spread of the virus.
